Order Cancellation and Returns

Online Returns Policy

Right to cancel

Subject to the terms set out below, when you purchase online or by phone you have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire fourteen (14) days after the goods are received by you.

You then have a further fourteen (14) days to return the goods to us following your notification to us of your intent to return the goods.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them.

It is incumbent on you to have checked your measurments and colour before you complete your purchase.

You may examine the goods as necessary to establish their nature and characteristics but you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software onto them.

If you are unsure of any element of your purchase, please Contact Us  before removing any packaging.

Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them.

Prior to returning the goods, please contact our Customer Care Team here Contact Us who will guide you through our returns procedure. You may use the below cancellation form but it is not obligatory.

In the interests of hygiene, haircare, electric blankets, headphones and Bluetooth headsets cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging. Items such as DVDs, CDs, memory cards and software must still be sealed.

If you want to return a Software Product Activation Key card the silver strip on the back of the card must be fully intact as new.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel your contract, a full refund of the value of the goods returned to us, including the delivery element of the returned item, will be made upon inspection of the returned goods. Refunds can only be processed when we receive the goods, or you provide evidence of the return of the goods, whichever occurs first. Refunds for goods returned to us shall then be processed without undue delay.

In the event that we offer to collect the goods, reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract.

Such refunds will be subject to any diminished value of the goods resulting from the mishandling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any additional fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. If the goods, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, we can arrange for the goods to be collected from you.
